Jessica utilizes a comprehensive, strength-based, and client-centered approach to collaboratively design personalized support plans and outcome objectives tailored to children, adolescents, and adults' unique needs. Drawing from her background in domestic violence advocacy and community counseling, she's experienced in guiding clients through various challenges, including, but not limited to trauma, grief, social stressors, stress management, depression, and anxiety.
In her practice, Jessica fosters a warm and supportive environment where she meets each client exactly where they are on their personal journey. She conducts thorough assessments to identify individual obstacles and aspirations, allowing her to develop strategic interventions that facilitate a gradual but impactful transition toward their desired personal growth.

 An avid outdoors enthusiast, Jessica enjoys adventurous hikes with her family and pets, exploring scenic trails, and appreciating the beauty of nature.  She can also be found gardening, finding tranquility in working with the earth.
When it's time to unwind, Jessica loves diving into solo art projects, allowing her creativity to flow freely. She also cherishes cozy evenings with family, creating memories while playing games and watching movies.
