Ty is an experienced professional with knowledge and competence across diverse settings, including addiction recovery, acute care, and prison systems. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ty is adept at helping clients navigate and heal from trauma by being a compassionate guide through their therapeutic journey. Ty is familiar with working with individuals across all age groups—children, teens, and adults—as well as families and couples. Her background in intensive outpatient programs (IOP) further enhances her ability to support clients through complex and challenging circumstances. Ty currently focuses on assisting teens and adults who struggle with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
